Baccarat Hotels & Resorts has added a United Arab Emirates property to its pipeline, announcing plans to debut the Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai in 2026.
The luxury property will be part of a new high-rise development in downtown Dubai, offering views of nearby landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Frame.
Comprising 144 guestrooms and 49 branded residences, the property also will have a Grand Salon venue that serves morning pastries, afternoon tea and champagne and wine in the evenings. A formal dining room will have indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel also will have several private dining rooms and a poolside bar.
The Baccarat brand is owned by Starwood Capital Group. SH Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Capital’s hotel management company, will operate the Baccarat Dubai.
Baccarat has a hotel in New York and properties under development in Florence, Italy; Rome; and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
