You can now book ‘mystery’ flights for £57 – but airline chooses the destination

Deciding where to go on holiday can be a difficult decision.

Choosing whether to seek some sun or get a culture fix – knowing what destination to jet away to is tough.

However, one airline is making your life a little easier by choosing your holiday location for you.

German airline Lufthansa has relaunched its Lufthansa Surprise flights which can see people jet setting off around Europe to a mystery destination.

And with flights starting at £57, the bargain is worth being kept in the dark.

According to their website, Lufthansa explained: "Be surprised by Lufthansa Surprise!

"Select your departure airport, one of nine interesting travel topics and your preferred travel dates – and then find out your destination immediately after booking. Look forward to an attractive destination in Europe."

The company has made it a little easier for people as they have teamed destinations into themes – so wherever you land you are bound to have a good time.

The cheapest group is the ‘Worth Seeing’ locations that are priced at €69 (£57).

If you choose this theme then you could get a mystery flight to Dublin, Pamplona, Krakow, Riga, Warsaw and Tallinn to name a few.

Or you could opt for other themes like ‘Party On’ and ‘Shop till you Drop.’

For the most pricier places on the list it will set you back €99 (£83).

Destinations include Paris, Amsterdam, Rome and Venice.

However, you have to book a flight from either Frankfurt or Munich to secure the deal.

But all the flights are non-stop routes and hand luggage is included so no need to be waiting around!

As soon as you book, the location is revealed so booking hotels and planning your itinerary is not a last minute task.

To claim the deal, you can book between one and 42 days before your departure date so it is great for the spontaneous or the more organised of people.

Lufthansa even shares how much passengers have saved through the surprise flights as yesterday the average saved is €298 (£250).

What a bargain!
