The Park Hyatt St. Kitts has created a Destination Dining experience, giving guests the opportunity to experience five cuisine choices at its restaurants and other locations across the property.
The dining experiences can be enjoyed at Modern Asian Flavors, the Park Hyatt St. Kitts Story, Caribbean Fine Dining, the vegan Wellbeing Journey and Chef Lucas’ Signature Menu, which pulls from executive chef Lucas Curcio Perez’s restaurant experience in destinations like Spain, Italy, Colombia and St. Kitts.
In addition to the restaurants above, there are five other Destination Dining settings: Rampart Waterfall, in a private pavilion by the waterfalls of the Rampart Pool; Starlight Dining on the beach; Chefs Table, at Fisherman’s Village or Great House; and the new Sugar Mill located at the spa.
All of the experiences are available as three-, four- or five-course menus. Prices start at $175. The resort suggests booking 72 hours in advance with the concierge.
