Cambridge Beaches, set on a 23-acre peninsula on Somerset Island on the western side of Bermuda, completed a major renovation project in July.
The resort, which is open year round, did not close during the redesign and remodeling work.
The property, which dates back to 1923, offers 86 guestrooms in freestanding cottages with accommodations ranging from studios to three bedrooms, some with private pools.
Guests have access to four private beaches, two private coves, an infinity pool, a spa, three new restaurants, a chef’s herb garden, English-style gardens with fountains and walking paths, and afternoon tea and rum tastings. Activities include kayaking, paddleboarding, pickleball and tennis as well as salt-water fly fishing.
Scooter and two-seat electric car rental services are also available, as well as a kids’ club and babysitting upon request.
