Luxury hospitality brand Belmond is planting its flag along Mexico’s Pacific Coast.

Expected to open in 2025, the Milaroca, A Belmond Hotel, Riviera Nayarit will be constructed within a 105-acre beachfront estate. The resort will be approximately a 40-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

The property will offer 57 guest accommodations, including one-bedroom suites and three-bedroom villas, plus 27 residences. A portion of guest accommodations will feature private plunge pools.

The hotel will have six dining venues, which will use ingredients from the property’s organic farm. 

Other amenities: four swimming pools, a wellness center and a retail outlet. 

The Milaroca will be Belmond’s third hotel in Mexico, joining Casa de Sierra Nevada in San Miguel de Allende and Maroma in Riviera Maya.
