Annie Scrivanich, senior vice president of travel agency Cruise Specialists in Seattle, will retire. Vice president Teresa Tennant will succeed her on Sept. 1.

Following Tennant’s promotion, Scrivanich will remain at the agency for several months to aid the transition.

Scrivanich joined Cruise Specialists in 2013. Before that, she worked for Cruise Advisors and Tour Alaska.

Tennant joined Cruise Specialists as operations manager in 2007 and was promoted to vice president in 2019. She previously held various roles with Holland America Line.

Cruise Specialists is part of Travel Leaders Group. John Lovell, president of Travel Leaders Group, said he was grateful to Scrivanich for her leadership.

“She is a highly respected expert on premier and grand cruising, and is known for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers in our industry,” he said. “Cruise Specialists would not be as successful as it is today without her guidance.”
