Many Britons love to leave the country whenever they get the chance, heading to beautiful beaches in Europe and beyond.
However, with weather this good in the UK, plenty are deciding to stay at home this year, opting for staycations rather than flying abroad.
Staycations grew in popularity during the pandemic when international travel was predominantly banned, but post-pandemic Britons are still keen on this cheap and easy answer to holidays.
Venture UK, which covers the UK’s “best-kept secrets” according to its official Instagram, took to TikTok to share five of their favourite beaches to visit during the summer.
Take a day trip or book accommodation near by for the ultimate beach experience.

Captioning the video “UK beaches that will leave you speechless”, the TikTok pointed sand and sea lovers in the direction of Kynance Bay, South Beach, Broad Haven South, Blue Lagoon and Nanjizal Beach.
According to the travel enthusiasts, a trip to Nanjizal Beach will “blow your mind”.
The TikTok video was very popular with beach lovers keen to book their staycations, with the video amassing almost 14,000 likes, almost 4,000 saves and more than 200 comments. Just under 4,000 people shared the video ahead of their next UK beach visit.
