Seafood chef Rick Stein has opened five brand new shepherd’s huts in the Cornwall countryside this summer after his pubs and restaurants were forced to close last year due to the pandemic. Fit with a double bed, tiny kitchen and small ensuite bathroom, a stay at one of the huts will cost tourists a huge £220 a night.
