Candypants is the international lifestyle brand pioneering the three-day weekender, where partygoers can dance, drink, eat and go for a swim without a care in the world. The shenanigans are set to take place from September 3 to September 5 – when all Covid restrictions will be long gone (if all goes to plan). After the restrictive year everybody has had, One Island is the opportunity to just have fun.

Homegrown talent across the UK are set to spin the decks, playing everything from disco, house, R&B, hip hop and commercial – with special live acts added into the mix.

The resident DJs have got the party going in hotspots such as Dubai, Marbella, Ibiza and Las Vegas.

Moving to wherever the beat takes you, party revellers have the option of eight zones dotted around the island:

  1. Social Zone
  2. Creative Zone
  3. Manor House Garden
  4. Beach Zone
  5. The Bomb Factory
  6. The Shack
  7. Clubhouse and pool
  8. Tidal Pool

And, of course, a ticket guarantees you have access to all areas where there will be 25 events over the weekend and 17 parties.

Across the three days, events range from:

  • Breakfast Club
  • Beach Yoga
  • Brunch
  • Pool Parties
  • Bonfires
  • Silent Discos
  • Boiler Room late nights

Independent food trucks will consist of vegan and veggie options to burgers, pizza, Chinese and sweet treats.

One Island has secured a 24-hour license, so attendees can enjoy colourful concoctions – with or without alcohol – from dusk to dawn.

As for accommodation, there are 23 island properties and four VIP Glamping sites to choose from.

Wherever you pick, you can feel like a castaway when the Roman-built road out of Osea Island is submerged under water.

Surrounded by the estuary of the River Blackwater, there are only four hours each day when the tide is low enough when vehicles can be driven safely on and off the island.

Prior to arrival, guests will be directed to a check-in point on the mainland where they will be escorted across the causeway via coaches.

Thrill seekers could make a grand entrance onto Osea Island by landing in a helicopter.

This has been the way for many stars who have flocked to the exclusive spot of paradise.

Songstress Rihanna reportedly rented the entire place for £20,000 per day when she recorded her ninth studio album, R9.

Considering music producer to The Rolling Stones, Nigel Frieda, owns the entire piece of land, it’s no surprise musicians, such as The Weekend, McFly, Labrinth, Charli XCC and George Ezra have also recorded albums on the private island.

To be part of the One Island experience, tickets are available to purchase from March 17.

With only 500 spots on offer, you’ll need to get in there quick before the event becomes sold out.

Ticket prices start from £497.50pp, which includes accommodation and access to all areas.

There will be a full security and medical team on the island, and there is a full refund policy in place if the event is cancelled due to Covid.
