Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains how Best Travel Tale LLC ("we", "us"), Phoenix, Arizona, United States, handles personal data when you visit besttraveltale.com. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Reading the site. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not load tracking scripts, social media widgets or external fonts. When you visit a page, our web server and our network provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website securely and to protect it against attacks, and it is stored in server logs for a limited period before being deleted.

Emails. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and keep a record of the correspondence. Our email is hosted by Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail), which processes messages on our behalf.

Partner links. Some articles link to partner websites, such as booking or eSIM providers. If you click one, you leave our site and the partner's own privacy policy applies. Partners may tell us that a booking was made through our link, but we do not receive your personal details.

We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, or to take steps at your request.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider, our network provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Zoho Mail) process data on our behalf. Because we are based in the United States and our providers operate internationally, data may be processed outside the EU and UK, with appropriate safeguards where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].

Changes

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, and change the date at the top.
