Curacao and Jamaica will both be welcoming additional Saturday-only air service from major U.S. carriers this fall.
United Airlines is introducing flights from Denver to Sangster Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica, starting Nov. 4. The nonstop service will be aboard a Boeing 737 Max jets that will leaving Denver at 9:30 a.m. and landing at 4:40 p.m. Return flights leave Montego Bay at 1:40 p.m. and arrive at 5 p.m.
The airline said it will be the only carrier serving Jamaica nonstop from the Denver gateway. The carrier currently offers four routes, all nonstop, from Newark, Washington D.C., Chicago and Houston.
Delta Airlines’ flights from Atlanta to Curacao begin on Dec. 16, the restoration of a service that hasn’t been available since 2010. The nonstops will operate on Boeing 737-800 aircraft, departing Atlanta’s Hartsfield Airport at 9:50 a.m. and arriving on the island at 2:50 p.m. The return flight leaves Curacao at 4:15 p.m. and arrives in Atlanta at 7:40 p.m.
