LAX is one of the world’s busiest airports, but when you can splash the cash you don’t need to face the crowds.
That’s because the airport has its very own lavish private terminal, where guests get the full A-lister treatment.
Named The Private Suite, it has its own customs and security area and entrance gate so you don’t have to face any of the usual queues or crowds.
As for those uncomfortable waiting areas? Here they’re a thing of the past. Instead, you get your own private suite complete with a two-person day bed, an ensuite bathroom and even a food service pantry to fuel up before the long flight ahead.
Oh, and don’t worry about lifting a finger – each suite has a dedicated team of eight people assigned to cater to your every whim.
Meanwhile, aviation enthusiasts can get their fill thanks to the incredible views of the runway.
But the perks don’t end there.
There are plenty of extras including complimentary in-suite meals, in-suite massages, manicures, haircuts, children’s toys, use of Members’ Shower Spa, parking and detailing for personal car, use of Members’ Conference Room and video-conference studio.
Got kids? There’s a garden with a playground to keep them entertained while you wait for the flight.
You can even arrange a Concierge Doctor to be waiting in their suite.
Then when it’s time to board the plane, a private BMW 7-Series sedans takes you right up to the steps.
In fact, while a typical passenger takes more than 2,000 footsteps to get from car seat to plane seat, the Private Suite means passengers only need to take 70 steps.
The good news is that anyone can apply to use the suites but, unsurprisingly, it’s quite the splurge.
If you’re not a member it’s $3,500 (approx £2,745) for domestic flights and $4,000 (approx £3,137) for international flights.
Or you can apply for annual membership for $4,500 (approx £3,529) and includes complimentary service ssuch as in-suite meals, beauty and grooming services, and preferred rates with partners including BMW.
