Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos adding beach houses at its North Shore resort

Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos will debut 10 contemporary beachfront and oceanview beach houses at its North Shore location on Dec. 15, more than doubling the number of units at the property.

Designed by Brazilian architect Jacobson Arquitetura, the beach houses range from 4,080 square feet to 4,333 square feet and have three or four bedrooms. Rates start at $2,000 per night for a three-bedroom unit. All houses have a master suite overlooking the beach with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large, walk-in double shower, double vanity and freestanding bathtub or shower. Outdoor entertainment areas in all homes include a sun deck and infinity pool, fire pit, summer kitchen and bar.

Guests staying at the beach houses have access to a dedicated butler and concierge team as well as daily pool and beach set-up service, in-room continental breakfast and a daily provisions restock. A private chef can be arranged for an additional fee.

Amenities at Beach Enclave’s North Shore location include an oceanfront restaurant and bar, a 24-hour fitness center and a new yoga deck where daily group yoga sessions are offered. Guests also have access to a tennis court and activities arranged through Big Blue Collective such as kiteboarding lessons, snorkeling and kayak ecotours.

Prior to the beach house additions, the resort had nine villas. Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos also has resorts in Long Bay and two in Grace Bay, including the Reserve at Grace Bay by Beach Enclave, whose villas start at 13,860 square feet and seven bedrooms.
