Jack Anderson’s leave of absence from the new Crystal cruise line has become a retirement, confirmed parent company A&K Travel Group.
Anderson led the original Crystal Cruises before the line ceased operations in February 2022 and had led the line’s restart under new ownership.
A&K Travel Group CEO Cristina Levis will continue to oversee Crystal, a role she assumed when Anderson took a leave of absence in April. Levis is based in Monaco.
Kim Berman has been named Crystal’s managing director, heading Crystal’s office in Aventura, Fla. Berman will retain her duties as chief legal and people officer for A&K Travel Group.
A&K hired Berman last fall. She had been Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s general counsel and senior vice president of people and culture for four years. Before that, Berman had been Silversea’s general counsel for nearly 14 years.
