Due to high demand, Oceania adds cruises in Europe and Tahiti

Citing increased demand, Oceania Cruises has added 16 voyages in Europe and Tahiti in early 2022 aboard the Nautica and Regatta, respectively. Bookings open July 28.

Oceania CEO Bob Binder said the new itineraries come amid “record-setting demand for international travel in the coming year.”

In Tahiti, the Regatta will sail three, 10-day roundtrip itineraries from Papeete next February, starting on Feb. 5. The cruise features overnight stops in Papeete and Bora Bora.

The Nautica’s Europe itineraries range from 10 to 24 days from April through June, calling in a variety of ports, including in the French and Italian Rivieras, the Holy Land, the Greek isles and the Canary Islands. Sailings begin April 1.

When the ships return to service, Oceania’s entire six-ship fleet will be back in operation, the cruise line said.

The Nautica’s first sailing comes directly after the ship spent a period in drydock to be refurbished as part of the OceaniaNext initiative. The Regatta has also been updated. Each ship carries 684 passengers.
