Worst hotel room views revealed by furious travelers

Room with an ‘ew’! Furious travelers reveal their WORST hotel views – from a window facing a woman’s swimming pool changing room to another that faces a BRICK WALL

  • Comedian Neema Naz’s room had a window facing a female changing room
  • Kayla Krasnow didn’t get the city view she hoped for at a Boston hotel
  • Alexandria Dunnuck found her room in Chicago faced a brick wall

When it comes to hotel rooms with views, these certainly fail to hit the mark.

Disgruntled travelers have taken to TikTok to showcase their not-so-Instagrammable vacation vistas.

Canadian comedian Neema Naz revealed that he was shocked when he got into his hotel room in Alberta and pulled back the curtain, only to realize that it looked directly into a corridor off the swimming pool, opposite the female changing rooms.

Failing to see the funny side, he explained to his fans: ‘This is my view, the ladies changing room, with a pool with kids in it. Hey maybe let me close the blinds actually so I don’t get a peeping Tom charge and have my face plastered all over the news the next morning.’

Many of his followers questioned if the room was a setup, but he assured them it was a real place.

However, he said that maybe he would use the unusual hotel stay in one of his stand-up routines.

Similarly, Alexandria Dunnuck was flummoxed when she got the keys for her hotel room in Chicago, and found that it faced a brick wall and windows to other apartments.

‘What the f***?’ she exclaims in her TikTok.

Meanwhile, Kayla Krasnow expressed her disappointment after she checked into a CitizenM hotel in Boston and it failed to live up to the promotional photos.

Instead of getting the photogenic city views she was promised, Kayla uploaded an ‘expectation versus reality’ clip showing how her room looked out over the roof clad in scaffolding with no city in sight.

Gotta love it #chicago #badview #fyp @kailinstrauch

American Horror Story actress Naomi Grossman was equally as horrified after getting to her hotel room.

In the overlaid caption she explains that the hotel receptionist ‘knowingly’ gave her the room with the worst view.

She then gives viewers a peek of a bleak-looking rooftop outside her window while pulling an angry face.

Running with the rooftop theme, David Leeking landed at a hotel in Wichita, Kansas, for a conference and wasn’t too impressed with his lofty lookout.

His TikTok reveals a concrete rooftop with metal chimneys poking out.

He quips to viewers: ‘Why don’t they make a pretty grassy area and cover up some of this thing and all this junk?

‘Give me a better view out of my window, that would be nice wouldn’t it? Cos this is just not pretty, at all. I don’t understand.’

Becki Whitbeck was less than impressed with the views from her hotel room while on vacation

Becki Whitbeck discovered a similar scene outside her hotel room while on vacation as did Jessica Noel Rawson.

Rawson, who works as a flight attendant, says she is used to getting bad hotel views while on layovers.

She says in the overlaid caption: ‘Every time I do a hotel room tour knowing they give flight crews the worst views.’

However, she realized that the crumbling walls belonged to the roof next door, while the metal bars of her balcony added to the jail-like effect.
