As we pull out our winter jumpers and jackets with the dreaded return of cold weather, you may be dreaming of your next holiday.
With a few simple tricks, you can get longers stretches off work, using fewer holiday days.
You could enjoy 55 whole days off work next year, and only take 25 days of annual leave.
Securing this may be easier than you think – you just need to make the most of public holidays.
Here’s how to get it done:
March and April
To get the most of your time off, book three days between March 25 and 28, and April 2 and 5.
This takes up just eight days of annual leave, but you will get twice as many days off.
For 16 holiday days, you can have a great time away.
