With things starting to look normal again, many people are booking holidays.

But trips abroad aren't always cheap so often Brits wait for the best deals out there.

Now Expedia has launched its first ever travel week running from June 8 to 12 with mega discounts to be had.

It will feature savings on more than 30,000 hotels and 800+ activities around the world.

Travellers will find up to 40% savings on thousands of hotels, deals on activities as bookings can be made for travel until 2022.

Which is lucky if you're not comfortable with travelling yet, you can book these deals from June 8 to January 31.

Expedia has launched five days of deals to some of the most dream-worthy destinations.

Whether it's a relaxing summer trip or exploring the surf-ready shores of Cornwall or an international bucket list holiday.

So the great news is that there's something for every kind of traveller.

Looking at trending destinations for the rest of the year, the top spots are London, Devon, Lake District, Wales and Edinburgh.

  • UK's first epic bingo rave coming soon with lip-sync battles and holiday giveaways

Meanwhile for international trips it's Algarve and Lisbon in Portugal, followed by Bangkok, Cadiz and Majorca in Spain.

The Expedia Travel Week deals are for dates June 8, 2021 to January, 31, 2022.

Most places will include cancellation policies, making it the perfect time to lock in travel plans to look forward to.

  • Protur Bonamar Hotel in Mallorca, Spain
  • Villa Baixa in Lisbon, Portugal

  • Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club in Edinburgh, Scotland
