Passengers at Heathrow Airport were not happy this morning, claiming the situation was “chaos” after the airport is reportedly facing long queues and system failures.
Holidaymaker @kate83205012 tweeted: “@BBCNews Heathrow airport chaos. BA systems down.”
@TheRealCostaS seconded this claim: “@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport sort out your computer systems and staff. Been waiting for over an hour to get my passport checked only for it to say go back for another check.
“Waiting for another hour and the queue isn’t moving. This is beyond a joke.”
@Amygoesdancing added: “@British_Airways what is going on at Heathrow?? Are the systems down? Got two family members waiting in the departure lounge and another in a long queue trying to drop bags and meet the other two in time for their flight at 11.30am.”
