Bonkers bathrooms from beer keg urinals to neon graffiti-covered sinks

Bar crawls, most of us love them, but deciding where to head can sometimes be the challenge.

One quirky Instagram account has highlighted the ideal Liverpool bar crawl, with a twist.

It's not the beer, seating or garden area on show at the boozers – but the loos.

LoosOfLiverpool does exactly what it says on the tin, showing off some of the most interesting and spectacularly decorated restrooms around the city's venues, 2Chill reports.

Some are so stunning, they could be worthy of a visit just to spend a penny and serve as a handy tour guide of Liverpool's hidden spots.

Here are some of the best contenders that would be worthy of the crème de le crema toilet title.

The Watering Can

Open seven days a week, The Watering Can offers both a breakfast and lunch menu where visitors can choose from nibbles like sundried tomatoes and smoked almonds to a spring risotto or seafood linguine.

Set within twelve acres of Victorian park space, the glass-fronted restaurant allows its diners to admire the views of Greenbank Park and overlooks a beautiful walled garden.

But the views are just as breath-taking inside as they are outside thanks to their restrooms. The tiles, sink and mirror collaborate effortlessly together.

In essence, it’s a Pinterest lover’s dream.

PINS Social Club

Located on Duke Street, it would be hard to find something PINS doesn’t offer.

The social club has bowling, pool, shuffleboard, table tennis, karaoke, a rooftop bar and PINStagram-worthy toilets.

The simple light pink colour scheme coupled with vibrant flowers adorning the wall make for the perfect backdrop.

If Barbie was a toilet, she would be these.

NQ64

The arcade bar is a room of childhood nostalgia found on Colquitt Street.

Visitors can enjoy sipping on game-theme cocktails or craft beers whilst button bashing to victory against their mates in a classic game of Guitar Hero or Mario Kart.

The neon splattered drinking den carries on its interior design theme right inside to the toilets.

Punch Tarmey

The Irish pub is considered to be one of the biggest in the industry. It offers brewery tours with a family-friendly vibe during the daytime and a hotspot for party revellers at night.

It boasts a generous food and drink menu, which includes signature dishes such as a trio of Irish sausages with colcannon and onion gravy as well as their popular Irish Stew.

Drinks range widely from beers and wines to spirits, including rare Irish whiskeys and gins.

Then, you have their keg urinals. A novelty at first glance but offer just as much function as they do in form.

Very much the toilets you’re likely to walk away from with five new best friends you just met.

Be At One

A lively cocktail bar that serves sweet, sour and spicy cocktails every day of the week.

They also offer a happy hour and cocktail making masterclass, but the trip to Be At One only begins once you’ve visited its loos.

The perfectly glossed colours feel fresh and match nicely with any outfit in an Instagram post.

Toilets you wouldn’t mind missing your favourite song for.
