Costa Palmas, a 1,000-acre resort on the East Cape of Los Cabos, has opened a new restaurant, Mozza at Costa Palmas, helmed by chef Nancy Silverton. Silverton is a James Beard Foundation Award winner, author and restaurateur, and this restaurant marks her first venture in Mexico. It is also the first restaurant to open in the Costa Palmas Marina Village.
Open for lunch and dinner by reservation only to Costa Palmas homeowners, Four Seasons Los Cabos resort guests and visitors, Mozza at Costa Palmas features seafood, produce and provisions from the area as well as wood-fired pizza, all with a backdrop of the marina.
