Hilton Waikoloa Village has named Frederic Hoffmann executive chef.
Hoffmann takes over supervision of a dozen dining outlets at the resort on the Island of Hawaii’s Kona Coast, including signature restaurant Kamuela Provision Company. He will also oversee catered events and the Legends of Hawaii Luau.
Hoffmann most recently worked as the executive chef at Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach on Oahu. He has also previously worked as executive chef at St. Regis Princeville Resort on Kauai.
Hoffmann’s culinary career has taken him to hotels across his native Canada and the United States, including the W San Francisco, the Westin Calgary and Le Meridian King Edward Hotel.
