Oceania Cruises, revealed its bar program for the Vista, the line’s first Allura-class ship making its debut next May.
The Casino Mixology Bar is a new concept focused on the art of the cocktail. Oceania is predicting that the bar will be an Instagram favorite for serving Negronis straight from wooden barrels and cocktails blasted with aromatic smoke bubbles.
Also new will be two specialty beverage carts. The Bubbly Bar will serve champagne cocktails and the Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar lets guests make the classic brunch cocktail the way they like it.

Martinis, Oceania Cruises’ signature bar, will feature Mermaid gin and vodka, handcrafted on the Isle of Wight. The new martini menu pays tribute to great names in Hollywood: Lady Hepburn, Bogart’s Casablanca, Blue Eyes Sinatra and Notorious Bond.
The Baristas coffee bar will introduce a new drink menu featuring cocktails that incorporate Amari, an Italian herbal liqueur.
The Aquamar Kitchen, a new concept serving lean and healthy cuisine, will focus its beverage selection on low- and no-alcohol options. The restaurant will stock Lyre nonalcoholic spirits, including Dry London Gin, American Malt Whisky, White Cane Spirit Rum and Amalfi Spritz.
Aquamar Kitchen will also serve nonalcoholic wines from Pierre Zéro, The drink menu will include cocktails such as the Skinny Mimosa, Innocent Kir, Pure Amalfi Spritz, Passion Fruit Colada, Dark and Spicy, and NO-Groni.

Red Ginger, a Pan-Asian restaurant, will feature Asian beers, a variety of sake and cocktails with Asian flavors such as ginger, turmeric, coriander and lychee. Cocktail names include Tokyo Whisper, Oriental Pear Mule, Asia Daisy, Namaste and Hanoi Nights.
For champagne enthusiasts, Oceania is introducing the Moët & Chandon Champagne Experience, a three-course dinner that pairs vintages with dishes such as Mediterranean sea bass tartare, duck foie gras terrine and a cured beef tenderloin. The Dom Pérignon Experience, a six-course tasting menu Oceania introduced in 2019, will be showcased on the Vista as part of the intimate dining venue Privée.
The Vista also will have wine-pairing lunches.
The 1,210-passenger Vista’s maiden voyage departs May 20, 2023, from Trieste, Italy. A 12-night cruise ends in Athens. During its inaugural season, the ship will sail the Mediterranean and French Riviera.
