The property is home to six restaurants and bars, including rooftop dining at Nebo Restaurant and Lounge, spearheaded by Deni Srdoc, Croatia’s youngest Michelin-starred chef. The Kitchen and Jedro Beach Restaurant feature dishes with local ingredients. The Sunce Pool Lounge Bar offers daytime service and sunset views.
Hilton said the hotel is home to Croatia’s first Eforea Spa and Health Club, which boasts around 12,000-square-feet of facilities. There is also a 24-hour fitness center.
The resort has more than 600 feet of private beach and mooring spots.
Nightly rates start at about $190 with breakfast or about $275 on a half-board basis.
David Kelly, Hilton’s senior vice president of continental Europe, said in a statement the property is one of nearly 40 the company plans to open in Europe this year.
