Although prices seem higher than ever this year, the expert team at Skyscanner have shared their top recommendations to save on a Greek holiday.
According to the team’s findings, there’s one day of the week where Britons will find the cheapest flights.
The team also shared the cheapest destination in the country and luckily for holidaymakers, it’s an island paradise.
Cheapest day to book
Skyscanner found the cheapest day to book flights to Greece was Saturday. However, flight prices tend to rise the sooner it gets to the travel date so Britons are usually best off snapping up a deal when they see it.
Cheapest day to fly
The cheapest day of the week to set off to Greece is Monday. Many people that work 9-5 prefer to fly at the end of the week which often drives up prices for travel on Friday and Saturday.
