A sex worker took to Twitter recently to share news of a health scare she suffered on a flight from Bali.
Australian escort Samantha X, who has thousands of social media followers, was jetting from the tropical island back home when she suddenly fell ill.
In a tweet Samantha showed herself in a wheelchair after “blacking out” on the Qantas flight from Denpasar to Melbourne.

She also praised staff for acting quickly to help her as she laid passed out in the aisle, reports news.com.au.
Sex worker Samantha wrote: “A very grateful THANK YOU to all the amazing @Qantas cabin crew, esp Debbie, from this morning’s QF46 Denpasar to Melbourne, who looked after me I fell ill.
“I don’t recommend getting sick on a flight but the bonus is you’re swept through customs in seconds.”
She confirmed that she didn’t have Covid-19, but did “black out”.
When a commenter asked if she had “Bali belly” – which is a term used to describe traveller’s diarrhoea caused by exposure to new and unfamiliar bacteria – Samantha said: “Thank God no.”
She added: “I don’t know yet, just waiting to see doctor at Melbs airport as I need clearance to fly back to Sydney.”
The escort said that the cabin crew were “calm and reassuring” and wheeled her through the airport after landing.
She also had an oxygen mask attached to her while on the plane.
Samantha noted: “It’s possibly the worst place to get sick I agree.
“A million eyes on you when you’re lying on the aisle.
“Nowhere to hide!!”
This week, she flew once again – to Perth – and admitted to being nervous about the journey.
Samantha said: “My flight was on time. My luggage wasn’t lost.
“And I didn’t collapse on the flight a la Bali style last week, despite massive anxiety it was going to happen again. Thank you Qantas!”
