A travel blogger has shared her experience of being plus sized while holidaying around the world.
And, she pushes other people to feel body positive and explore despite their size.
Size 24 Abbie, from Cardiff, has over 36,900 followers on Instagram, @dream0graphy, where she shared her “plus size camper van diaries”.
She also makes cheeky videos discussing the issues larger bodied people face while travelling.
Recently, Abbie revealed that she wouldn’t let her fuller figure stop her from wearing a wetsuit.
The Instagram star spoke up about where you can find a wetsuit to fit her size 24 physique – and struck a pose in the tight fitting garment.
Anybody who has ever worn a wetsuit knows that the figure hugging swimwear shows off every bump.
And, this means lots of us feel insecure about wearing them – but, not Abbie.
She shared a series of photos wearing the O’Neill Men’s Reactor wetsuit which comes in sizes XS to 4XL.
And, Abbie said: “Don’t let the opinion of others stop you from doing what you enjoy.
“I always thought that I’d look so silly in a wet suit, or even swimming on my own in any body of water full stop.
“But do you know what happens more than anything? People chat, they wanna know what the water is like or how comfy the wet suit is.
“I think we sometimes build up these ideas in our minds based on past experiences of how others will treat us based on how we look, but this is your sign that you are allowed to rewrite the narrative.
“Or start a new story entirely. Go do what you want to do.”
In the comments, her fans praised the plus sized bloggers words.
One person said: “I love this so much.”
While another added: “Well I think you look really cool!”
And a third commented: “Beautiful words from an inspirational woman.”
However, the travel blogger did say in a short clip that there are some things she won’t do.
This included sitting in plastic chairs.
Abbie filmed herself mouthing along to the words: “I need to talk to a fat person” in reaction to someone offering her a plastic outdoor chair.
In the caption, she said: “One single silent tear rolls down my face when I see a plastic chair, and I’m about to make any excuse not to sit on it because there simply won’t be a chair if I do.”

“This is so relatable OMG,” added another.
While a third wrote: “Yeah I guess over 200lbs the legs kinda bend a little out. If they out in the sun and you plop down, the legs will break off.”
