New adventure bars opening in UK will offer axe throwing, curling and beer pong

Looking forward to an exciting night out when lockdown lifts?

This adventure bar could be just what you need after months stuck at home.

Boom Battle Bar, which has a location in Norwich, is opening 20 new venues in the UK this year.

Unlike traditional pubs, these offer fun activities like Bavarian axe throwing, indoor curling, augmented reality darts, shuffleboard and beer pong.

It also has street food options and a range of “Instagrammable” cocktails you can sip while snapping pictures with friends.

According to Essex Live, one of the venues opening up in Lakeside and is expected to be highly popular.

Announcing the news of the new bar, Richard Beese, Co-Owner of Boom Battle Bar said: "We are very excited to be coming to this incredibly popular centre.

“Our offering is very unique and oozing with fun which is exactly what we all need after the last 12 months.

“We will also be creating around 25 new jobs for the surrounding communities.”

“We will be situated next to our sister company, Flip Out, which makes this extra special.

"We have a further 20 sites coming this year and it is safe to say Lakeside will be one of the best performers.”
