There are plenty of Christmas events coming up from markets to train rides – but all we want ahead of the big day is to celebrate in style.
Now, you can do just that as Booking.com has paired up with musical icon and “Queen of Christmas” Mariah Carey to offer fans “Mariah’s Ultimate Holiday Experience” in New York.
Yep – this December, one pair of guests will be able to book a weekend trip designed by Mariah herself, complete with a stay at the lavish The Plaza – a Fairmont Hotel, staying in a Grand Luxe King room, no less.

Located next to Central Park and 5th Avenue, the grand hotel is instantly recognisable and has even featured in films like Home Alone 2 and Sleepless in Seattle.
The room will be a large size and comes with a butler service.
You’ll also be treated to an epic itinerary filled with festive attractions around NYC including a Christmas card photoshoot on Mariah’s rooftop terrace as well as cocktails in her penthouse apartment.
Plus, guests will be given tickets to the “Merry Christmas To All!” concert at Madison Square Garden on December 16, a shopping spree at the world-famous Saks Fifth Avenue and tickets to the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, presented by QVC.
That's not all – you'll also get including a VIP pre-show reception in the historic Roxy Suite and a private tour of Radio City Music Hall, as well as the opportunity to meet a Radio City Rockette.
The Rockettes are an NYC tradition as the dancers return to the stage each year.
But, the treats don’t end there!
The chosen guests will be treated to dinners at Mariah’s favourite restaurants including Nobu and Mr Chow.
You’ll even stop at Top of the Rock for a private guided tour and a VIP ice skating experience in front of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree with a private skating session, access to a VIP hospitality tent for warm hot cocoa and photo moments, set to a soundtrack of some of Mariah’s greatest hits.
The trip will include all flights, airport transfers and local transportation so you don’t need to worry about additional costs.

To snap up the prize you must apply starting on December 14 at 5pm EST for a trip on December 16 to 19.
The holiday will cost just $20.19 in honour of when Mariah’s classic hit single, “All I Want for Christmas is You” first reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
You must be 21 years old with valid photo ID and a credit card to enjoy the prize.
Those who win will also have to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon arrival for privacy / security purposes, applicable only to the guests’ time at Mariah Carey’s penthouse apartment.
When enjoying the cocktail hour at Mariah’s penthouse apartment you will need to hand over your mobile phone at the door and the glam star will sadly not be present for the drinks event.
