Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino in Henderson, Nev., has opened the Polaris Bar in advance of other additions that are set to make their debut later this year and into 2024.

The circular bar at Station Casinos’ suburban Las Vegas resort features 20 bar-top gaming machines, TV screens and a craft cocktail menu.

Among the additions in the works are two restaurants by renowned chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg of Bromberg Bros. Blue Ribbon Restaurants. Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, a favorite at Red Rock Resort in Summerlin for more than four years, will open at Green Valley next year. The 136-seat restaurant will feature booths as well as modern wood accents. The brothers are also planning a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with an open kitchen.

Green Valley Ranch will soon open a high-limit table games room with 10 games, including single-zero roulette, double-deck blackjack and baccarat. A high-limit slot room will add about 125 games.

The resort’s Backyard pool deck was also recently refreshed to enhance the cabanas, daybeds, chaise lounges, umbrellas and cafe seating area.
