Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort recently welcomed two new members to its food and beverage leadership team.
Nicholas Kabetso is the property’s new director of food and beverage, and Marcus Torrey has been named director of beverage.
This is Kabetso’s second stint at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. He previously served as assistant director of food and beverage from 2017 to 2019. He most recently worked at the Westin Anaheim Resort as director of food and beverage, and his previous stops include director of food and beverage at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Ledyard, Conn., and as director of beverage at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
Torrey has more than a decade of experience in food and beverage departments, most recently serving as assistant director of beverage at MGM Springfield in Massachusetts after previously serving as beverage operations manager at Star Casino in Sydney and as general manager of Whiskey Down in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas.
The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort has more than 2,800 rooms across five towers and 18 restaurants, lounges and bars.
