Hilton unveiled Enclave, a new premium room category at all-inclusive resorts that offers access to preferred rooms, special amenities, an Enclave Lounge and other exclusive areas.

The concept has made its debut at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, where Enclave rooms are available for booking this month.  

Hilton said Enclave will be rolled out across Hilton’s existing and new all-inclusives.

At the Hilton Tulum, Enclave guests get a more private check-in experience at the Enclave Lounge, concierge services, and lounge culinary offerings that include breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Enclave guests also have access to their own pool and dedicated wellness and fitness activities.

Additionally, the Hilton Tulum’s Enclave-level accommodations feature an upgraded minibar and coffee selections, a souvenir beach bag and an in-room welcome amenity upon arrival. 

The Hilton Tulum opened last May.
