A travel expert has been praised after revealing flyers’ ‘biggest airport pet peeve’ and offering a solution to it.
US-based Zachary Abel is a frequent flyer who shares his travel hacks on his TikTok channel, where he boasts more than 1.3 million followers.
Most recently, the trip advisor related to many passengers as he shared that it gets on his nerves when people crowd around the baggage carousel.
He advised people to stand at least five feet away from the conveyor belt – prompting viewers to applaud him for speaking his mind.

Zachary captioned the clip, which has so far amassed over 84,000 views, ‘Together we can make the world a better place.’
While waiting for his bag, he said: ‘Here is a wee bit of airport etiquette.
‘If you happen to find yourself at baggage claim, unless you see your bag there’s absolutely no reason to stand so close to the carousel,’ he said.
Zachary then noted that you should take around ‘five to ten feet’ back.
‘Take five to ten feet, give everyone a bit of space to get their bag.
‘It really doesn’t need to be a mosh pit,’ he said at the end of the clip.
Other people on the video-sharing platform were quick to praise him for relaying the message.
