A couple who travel the world together and post inspirational snaps of their wanderings have decided to post weekly naked photos online.
The pair now have more than 20,000 fans due to their cheeky antics.
Professional dancer Silke Muys, 29, from Gent, Belgium, met fellow dancer and boyfriend Kieran Shannon, 27, from Glasgow, when the duo worked together in Spain in 2018.
The happy couple quickly fell for one another and decided to set off on a trip around the world when their contract expired.
In May 2019, Silke and Kieran began their adventure and travelled across Asia for a year.
The couple began to explore nudism by getting naked once a week and going for a swim in the waterfalls of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
They then started posting snaps of the experience on Instagram – @silkyrontheroad – on what they called “Freaky Friday”.
Kieran explained: “Getting naked started out as something we just both really enjoyed during that time.
“Whenever we found a waterfall, we would get naked and go for a swim.
“When we started to see the overwhelmingly positive reactions of people, it became a passion of ours to share body positivity and freedom however we could."
He continued: "We received messages from strangers telling us that we inspire them and that they are on a journey of self-love and confidence.
“That really encourages us to keep on sharing.”
Silke and Kieran don’t identify as nudists but hope to encourage others with body confidence issues to strip off and be unafraid.
The pair have been happened across by other travellers before, but usually they see the funny side.
Kieran said: “We have had a few times where people walked into us making a ‘Freaky Friday’ but it only made them laugh.
“They told us things like, ‘We’re French. We are used to it,’ which was funny.”

While the coronavirus pandemic means that the couple have had to return to Europe, they’re keen to get back to their adventure as soon as possible.
The break has given them the opportunity to make a 10-year plan.
Silke and Kieran plan to buy a van in South America and make their way down the continent before looking north to Alaska – and they want to “free the butt” all the way.
Kieran noted: “Currently we are not travelling as we risked being stuck in India when the pandemic started so we decided to come home and see our families after almost a year on the road.
“We are planning to be back on the road very soon but just want to make sure that it is safe and sensible to do so before we dive back in.
“We love showing people the incredible adventures we have been fortunate enough to go on, but the biggest joy of all is sharing all those experiences with each other.”
