Ever wanted to run away and start again somewhere new?
Well, if you fancy yourself a decent landlord then you could do just that as this bar abroad is advertising for a new owner.
However, don’t expect to be greeted by sunny weather when you arrive.
One of the world’s most northern bars, Svalbar, is up for sale for one million euros (£900,000).
Located between Norway and the North Pole, in the Arctic North, this pub is regularly visited by polar bears.

Darkness around the bar lasts for over 100 days in winter – but, you’ll be greeted by the magical Northern Lights on the regular.
While arctic summer will bring “midnight sun” which shines for 24 hours a day.
Current owner John-Einar Lockert, claims the new buyer needs to have an adventurous spirit and a desire to seek adventure.
He said: ”The polar bear came to the bar last year, during the night.
“He walked past the bar and looked in the window.
“It was a cold night and he was probably looking for a warm place to have something to eat. He could smell the food.
“It was lucky that we were closed.”

John-Einar added: “Everyone is welcome in the bar, but the polar bears must stay outside.”
Nature-lovers can spot other often un-seen creatures around the Svalbar too.
Arctic foxes will dart through the snowy dunes, sea birds, reindeer, arctic geese and even mighty tusked walruses will stop by to ay hello.
The pub is located in Svalbard, which is technically part of the Kingdom of Norway.
However, it has its own government and so enjoys tax-free status.
A beer will cost around £4.25.
It’s one of the worlds northernmost inhabited places, on an archipelago in the Arctic Ocean.
The land mass is known for its rugged terrain of glaciers and frozen tundra.
Luckily, you won’t be totally alone up there.
Tourists, scientific researchers and locals regularly fill up the bar –so there’s plenty of cash to be made.
