Bumping into your partner’s former flame can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience – but imagine being trapped with them for hours with no escape route.

That nightmare became a reality for Latin-American singer Talia Scott, who revealed she was stuck sitting behind her husband’s ex for five hours on a flight to New York City, US.

During the flight, she thought she recognised a blonde woman on the plane and was left mortified when she realised who it was.

In the clip on TikTok, where the wife boasts over 4.9 million followers on her @_thescottfamily account, she was seen rapping her own words over Nicki Minaj’s Super Freaky Girl as part of a new viral trend.

She said: "One thing about me, is I always run, into my husband’s exes, and it’s pretty awkward.

“Roger and I had only been dating for a month, and if I said something I look like the crazy one.

“But we board the plane, and I totally forget, until I look up and see his ex.

“For the next five hours, I had to stare at the back of her head. It was ridiculous.”

But it gets worse, as that wasn't the only awkward encounter she had with her partner's ex. She ran into another one while she was viewing a venue for her wedding.

She added: “You probably think that it doesn’t get worse, but let me tell you, I met his other ex at her wedding venue.”

Viewers were left in hysterics over the clip as they took to the comments writing: "This is a jam though.”

Another added: "Ok but the way it rhymed. Is this on Spotify?"

A third joked: "How many exes does Roger have in such a short period of time?"

A fourth commented: “How many exes does Roger have in such a short period of time?”
