An adventure holiday this summer could be good for your health, and with so much on offer all over the UK, there really isn’t any reasons not to go all out.

Yorkshire has 69 adrenaline and adventure experience spots.

In Kent, holidaymakers can go indoor skydiving and off-road driving. Alternatively, a hot air balloon sunrise ride or a helicopter ride can also be on the cards.

On a staycation this summer, holidaymakers can go supercar driving in Essex or experience an aerobic flight in a modern aerobat in Surrey.

There are no limits to the adventure experiences on offer around the country.

In Cheshire, a bungee jump with 300 feet of freefall should delight thrill-seekers, while a scuba dive in Hampshire may surprise more than one Briton.

Far-flung countries may not be on the menu this year, but exciting experiences can still be had all over the UK.

And with the health benefits of an adventure clear, it’s one more reason to staycation and jump off a plane somewhere over the country.
