TikTok influencers have revealed a ‘genius’ iPhone travel hack – as Britons prepare for their Easter getaways.

In a clip which has resurfaced, TikTok user @live_thedash explains how to track flights via the use of the iMessage feature.

To achieve this hack, all users need to do is send their airline and flight number in an iMessage, for example, ‘British Airways BA1306’.

To achieve this hack, all users need to do is send their airline and flight number in an iMessage, for example, ‘British Airways BA1306’

Once sent, you can choose from the ‘preview flight’ or ‘copy code’ option. 

Selecting the ‘preview flight’ option allows the sender to track your flight in real-time. 

The feature also provides additional information, allowing the recipient to view  departure time, arrival time and flight duration, so friends and family can track your flight.

Other TikTokers were blown away by the hack, with one person saying: ‘Just found out about this a day ago and this is actually fire.’

Another added: ‘Seeing this omw to the airport. Thank you!’
