Boxing Day sales are a great opportunity to get your hands on great deals. A number of airlines have shared their offers. This is what you need to know about the latest holiday sales from British Airways, easyJet, Thomas Cook and Virgin Atlantic.
BA launched its January sale early this year, revealing its sale last week.
The airline is offering great deals on flights and holidays to over 100 destinations across its global network, with travel dates available throughout 2021. To capitalise, customers must book by February 2, 2021.
BA is offering flights to New York from £269 return or San Francisco from £319 return.
Travellers can also travel to Los Angeles from £319 return or to Cape Town from £519 return.
Those looking to soak up some sun in the Caribbean can do so with flights to Grenada or St Lucia from £379 return, Jamaica from £389 return, or flights to Barbados from £359 return.

Travellers wanting to head east can visit Dubai where return flights start from £299 while jet-setters dreaming of relaxing in the Maldives, can do so with flights from £539 return. Or head to Cancun can take a trip where flights start from £339 return.
As for holiday deals, BA customers can choose from a selection of European beach breaks (including flights and hotels) from just £189 per person (pp), including Algarve, Malta and Malaga.
Alternatively, for those looking further afield, seven-night holidays to Barbados are from £529pp, to St Lucia from £569pp and to Mauritius from £699pp. Meanwhile, USA trips to Las Vegas are from just £369pp and seven-night holidays to Orlando are from £389pp. Two-night city breaks are also available for just £99pp, to destinations including Prague, Barcelona and Venice.
Flight and car packages are also included in the sale with prices starting from £99pp for travel to destinations including Malaga and Alicante and from £369pp to long-haul destinations including Tampa.
easyJet also jumped the gun with its latest sales, unveiling them earlier this week.
The operator is offering 350,000 seats from £19.99 and with £100 off per person on all 2021 summer beach holidays.
This means a family of four can make a huge saving of £400 on their annual summer holiday, with a deposit of just £60 per person and flexible payment options.
The promotion runs until Sunday, January 3, giving sun-seekers ample time to choose from over 2,500 easyJet holidays beach hotels. The saving will automatically apply, so customers will see their saving at the checkout without needing to do anything.
Thomas Cook, which re-launched in September promising “covid-ready” holidays and is now online-only, announced its Boxing Day sales today.
Spain, Turkey and Greece will be the focus of the company’s summer holiday sale, with deposits from £39 per person.
Plus, customers can opt to make their holiday quarantine-proof for as little as £50 per person offering a money-back guarantee should there be a quarantine in place on return to the UK.
The summer sale – with some prices up to 40 percent off – will run throughout January and will be accompanied by digital and social advertising.
Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Atlantic holidays launched their winter sale last week.
Amazing flight deals included Upper Class return from £1,149, Premium from £569 and Economy Light from £279 across both Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines.
Customers can bag seven nights in Barbados with Virgin Atlantic Holidays, from £629 per person. The trip includes scheduled Virgin Atlantic flights from London Heathrow to Barbados, all-inclusive accommodation at the three-star Time Out Hotel with airport transfers included.
There’s also seven nights in Orlando from £555 pp including scheduled Virgin Atlantic flights from London Heathrow to Orlando, room only accommodation at the three-star Champions World Resort with basic car hire included starts from £555 per person.
Another holiday offer is four nights in Las Vegas from £629 pp, including scheduled Virgin Atlantic flights from London Heathrow to Las Vegas, room only accommodation at the three-star Luxor Las Vegas.
