Group name change made official · Group name change made official Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: TCOM), the parent company of, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar, today began trading under its new name, following the unveiling of the company’s new brand in Shanghai last week as part of its 20th anniversary celebrations.

Founded in 1999, the company has grown to become the leading provider of online travel in China and Asia with 400 million users. Now, over 35% of total revenue and 100 million users on the company’s platforms can be attributed to its business outside Mainland China, including Australia, where was officially launched in March this year.

According to Group CEO Jane Sun, the new name and brand identity represent the advent of a new era for the company.
