Going on holiday involves plenty of organisation, but plant owners will know the stress of trying to find a way to keep your plants alive while you're away.
After all, you can trust a neighbour or a friend to come over to water them, but all it takes is for them to forget and your beloved green plants could be dead by the time you're home.
Not exactly an ideal welcome.
But online plant delivery shop Patch has come up with a solution; a dedicated hotel for houseplants.
Yup, you can leave your plants at the hotel safe in the knowledge that they will be cared for by a team of specialists.
They will place your plant in the best possible spot whether it needs sun or shade, keep to a watering schedule that works for your green friends and ensure they're in tip-top shape for their return.
In fact, you can even fill out a form describing your leafy friend in case there's anything extra the team needs to know while taking care of it.
Rose Grower, the hotel manager, explains: "The hotel is a sanctuary for your beloved plants. They will be in great company and looked after with the respect and love they so richly deserve.
"So many of us have asked a friend or family member to water the plants when we're away, only to return to disappointment – the hotel not only saves your plants alive, but your relationships too."
The Patch Plant Hotel has 100 'rooms' available for plants and will be open until Thursday 5th September in London's Battersea.
You can book a room on the Patch website here .
