What’s on the menu this festive season at Hyatt Regency Sydney?

Plans are well under way at Hyatt Regency Sydney, Australia’s largest upscale hotel, for an extraordinary Festive Season. Whether you’re looking for the perfect spot to enjoy a celebratory cocktail with family and friends or a quiet place for Christmas lunch with all of the trimmings, there’s something to suit all tastes and budgets.

Launching later this month, the flavours of summer star on the menu at Zephyr Sky Bar, the open-air oasis boasting stunning sunsets and harbourside views on Level 12 of the hotel.

Some of the new and unique in-house speciality cocktails not to be missed include:

Caramelised Peach Mojito Plantation white rum, caramelised peach syrup, fresh mint, peach liqueur, Montenegro Amaro, peach puree, fresh lime. Served long with candied peach and mint.

Rooftop ‘Air’ Eastside Zephyr Tailored Gin, freshly pressed lime, cucumber, fresh mint. Served straight up martini style with fresh cucumber and mint.

Cherry Blossom G&T Roku gin, yuzu nectar, Szechuan pepper, cherry blossom flower, candied lemon and orange, topped up with Fever Tree Indian tonic water. Served in a Copa glass over ice with fresh botanicals.

There’s also a fresh and festive food menu at Zephyr which includes sashimi Kingfish, cured Ora Salmon, Chrystal Bay prawns and lobster spring rolls, providing the perfect accompaniment to the epic water views and specialty drinks on offer.

From November 23 until December 21, celebrate the silly season with Festive Friday’s at Sailmaker for the perfect way to end the working week. Every Friday from 12pm – 4pm, enjoy a sumptuous Christmas themed Signature Table with harbourside views for $55 per person.

Christmas Eve Dinner at Sailmaker Restaurant will hero local produce with a festive themed signature Table at Sailmaker for $125 per person which includes beverage package and $59 per child (ages 6 – 12).

Take the stress out of Christmas Day Lunch by letting the culinary team at Hyatt Regency Sydney prepare it for you. Guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the flavours of Christmas with a sumptuous spread and harbourside views at Sailmaker. Featuring a live carvery, cooking stations and a special visit from Santa for $220 per person which includes beverage package and $69 per child (ages 6 -12).

Once the Christmas festivities are over for another year, it’s time to find the perfect spot to celebrate the New Year with friends and family – and you’re spoilt for choice at Hyatt Regency Sydney.

As the Darling Harbour fireworks light up the sky, Sailmaker Celebrations will be in full swing, offering guests a sumptuous spread and drinks packages. With seating’s available from 6:00pm till late for $295 per person which includes a beverage package and $69 per child (ages 6-12).

For the ultimate party atmosphere, count down to 2019 with Sky High Celebrations at Zephyr Sky Bar from 8pm until late. For $399 per person guests will enjoy the Chefs Station, canapés and beverage package, ascending above the city lights to welcome in the New Year at this open-air oasis with panoramic views of Darling Harbour’s fireworks display.

If you’re looking for a truly unique private dining experience to see in the New Year – the Regency Club Chef’s Table is for you. Spoil your family and friends with uninterrupted views of Darling Harbour, as you arrive to a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and handmade canapés, followed by an eight course Chef’s Table with personalised service and front row seats to the fireworks display. At a price of $6,500, the experience includes the private Chef’s Table and butler, Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and canapés on arrival as well as a premium selection of Australian and New Zealand wines.
