The Curated Plate culinary festival announces debut Food Fair program

The Curated Plate, the upcoming destination food festival debuting on the Sunshine Coast next month, has announced its vibrant three-day Food Fair program. Guests can see, touch, sip, smell and taste the best of what the Sunshine Coast has to offer, with masterclasses, chef talks and cooking demonstrations, and a host of local and national eateries over three delicious days at Black Swan Park.

Right next door to trendy, bustling Maroochydore, Cotton Tree is home to sprawling native cotton trees which will provide welcome shade to an array of incredible talent and experiences along the sun-kissed stretch of the Sunshine Coast. Celebrating the relationship between chef and producer, The Curated Plate encourages guests to immerse themselves in the flavours foraged from organic and sustainable practices.

The Food Fair will showcase local businesses and producers with free and ticketed masterclasses, such as the Spirit House cooking school, beer tastings by Your Mates Brewing Co., and how to make coffee-based cocktails and mocktails with Sunshine Coast Coffee Roasters.
