Beach goers need to add this fisherman’s hut in Greece to their bucket list

If you're the kind of person who's rushing to the beach first thing in the morning and staying until it's practically dark, then we may have found your dream Airbnb listing.

That's because a former fisherman's hut in Greece has been transformed into a holiday rental – and it sits on the shingled shores of Firopotamos beach.

We're not joking – step outside of the terrace at the Amazing "Paradeiso" Beach Bungalow Studio and you're immediately on the beach, just a few metres from the breathtakingly pretty turquoise waters.

The property comes with its own terrace from which you can take in the views, or you can grab one of the sun loungers on offer to bask in the sunshine.

The beach is public so throughout the day you will be joined by locals who flock to this hotspot, but early in the morning or late afternoon as they head home you can enjoy what feels like your very own slice of paradise.

Inside, the one-bedroom studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Sleeping up to four people in two beds, the studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a separate bathroom.

Tempted to book a stay? Prices start from £225 per night on Airbnb (£56pp if there are four of you).

That includes your accommodation, cleaning (towels and sheets are changed every three days) plus day time manager services who can help you to arrange transportation from the port, or share top tips on what not to miss in the area.

Meanwhile, the Greek island of Milos has plenty to offer thanks to its white-washed Cycladic villages, historic sites and brilliant foodie scene.

Oh, and make sure to check out the picturesque thermal springs to be found along the coast.

No wonder it's tipped to be one of the best Greek islands .
