Executive Chef, Martin Tan says, “Lobsters are very popular with Singaporeans and we will be tantalising the palates of diners by introducing lobsters executed in innovative styles during this period. From sweet, savoury to spicy, there’s enough variety to whet the taste buds of adventurous diners.”

Titillate your senses with Seafood on Ice specials including Boston Lobsters, Crab, Tiger Prawns, Yabby, Black Mussels and Whelk. Satiate your cravings with Rock Lobsters with Tangy Coconut Sauce, Sweet Sambal Onion or Cheese Sauce at the Teppanyaki Station.

Whet your appetite with unlimited servings of Lobster Salad on Brioche and Lobster Tartlet. For a taste of Singapore, opt for the Rock Lobster with Golden Salted Egg. The sweet succulence of the lobster paired with the savoury and fragrant golden salted egg will leave one craving for more. Another local delight is the. aromatic Singapore Laksa with Rock Lobster.

If your palate veers towards Peranakan creations you will love the Nyonya Curry Lobster, meticulously prepared with Peranakan spices in aromatic, rich curry gravy. Set your taste buds ablaze with the piquant Szechuan Mala Rock Lobster cooked with Szechuan peppercorn and spices, giving you a tongue-numbing sensation.

Relish the flavours of other tempting Peranakan classics and local creations such as Ayam Buah Keluak (chicken braised in a thick, spicy tamarind gravy with Indonesian black nuts), Babi Pongteh (Nyonya style braised pork with fermented soy bean sauce), Ikan Assam Gulai (fish in rich tamarind gravy), Terong Balado (Eggplant with Chilli Sauce), Nyonya Chap Chye (mixed vegetable stew), Slipper Lobster in Chilli Sauce, Braised Beef Brisket, Fish Head Curry and more.
