Be amongst the first to see the whales
Port Stephens property, Marty’s at Little Beach, is inviting nature lovers to be amongst the first to see the annual whale migration along the NSW North Coast with a record 25,000 whales expected to cruise along the coast this year.
To mark the beginning this May of the great migration off Port Stephens – one of the best places in Australia to see the frolicking whales close to shore – Marty’s at Little Beach has released a new package that gives guests the opportunity to see the ocean giants. The package includes two nights’ accommodation, a free beanie or hat and a binocular gift pack to get a closer look at the journeying whales.
The ‘May we see the Whales’ package is available midweek (Sunday-Thursday) between May 1-31, 2018, from $145 per couple per night, which is a seven per cent saving on normal rates. Minimum two-night stay. Marty’s can also organise whale watching cruise tickets for guests.
Nestled in Nelson Bay between two of Port Stephens’ most beautiful beaches, Shoal Bay Beach and Little Beach, Marty’s at Little Beach offers an array of studios and self-contained apartments. The property provides an ideal base from which to explore Port Stephens, including whale watching and dolphin cruises, spectacular bay and ocean beaches, award-winning golf courses, vast sand dunes, coastal walking tracks, sea-view eateries and activities such as quad biking, parasailing, kayaking and camel rides on the beach.
Located 2½ hours north of Sydney, Marty’s at Little Beach boasts an outdoor, heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and Foxtel and a poolside barbecue.
