Beau Rivage Palace Announces Château d’Ouchy’s 57° Grill

Guests at Lausanne’s iconic Beau-Rivage Palace now have an additional dining option with the opening of 57° Grill, at the neighboring Château d’Ouchy. 57° Grill is a new open-concept kitchen located in its sister hotel and fellow member of the Sandoz Foundation Hotels group.

Named after the ideal Celsius temperature for cooking tender beef, 57° Grill features an expansive menu with local produce, fish, seafood and responsibly sourced meat such as chicken from Gruyère, beef from the Alps and lamb from Valais. The modern urban design within the medieval château provides a chic home-style ambiance, with seating either at tables overlooking the lake or at the center of the action at the kitchen counter.
