Waterbom Bali Introduces Refreshed Beach Shack Diner
Waterbom Bali, Asia’s number one premium sustainable waterpark, is excited to announce the re-launch of their Caribbean-inspired retro beach shack diner, The Shack, after a two-and-a-half-month complete revamp.
With a focus on Caribbean-inspired flavours and open-flame cooking over local hard wood, the menu introduces The Shack Grill Pit, where guests can choose from a range of chicken, beef, line-caught fish and vegetables that will be grilled on the spot. Other highlights on the refreshed menu also include the exotic Bom Burger with Caribbean-spiced ground beef and pork chorizo patty, as well as the Maracas Bay “Fish and Bake” Burger comprising of a local fried fish fillet stacked in a savory doughnut bun.
The Shack’s wide range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic tropical – including cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices and shakes – will be sure to keep guests refreshed all day long. Guests can also draught their own chilled beer at the Beer Depot, a self-service draft beer station.
Additionally, the Sugar Shack, Waterbom Bali’s sweet sugar hub, features a unique Sugar Rush dessert menu serving up a wide variety of giant meringues, cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies, soft serve ice cream, milkshakes and other sweet treats.
